FUNERAL CLAIMN NOT PAID

I'm highly disappointed Standard, went to claim on the 14th of March and was told that the funds will be processed within 48 hours, the funeral was arranged for 19th and I thought by then the funds will be paid as a result I had to postpone the funeral because of no payment. I'm griefing a death and I have to deal with this stress. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FUNERAL INSURANCE TO ANYONE.
