FUNERAL CLAIM STANDARD BANK HAVE FAILED US

My sister have lodge a claim on the 13th of July 2021 she was the beneficiary,standard bank don't want to pay out that claim,they said because my sister is not blood related to the deceased,but when the deceased made the funeral policy they did not say a beneficiary must be family,where can i get help to solve this problem and we paid for years this policy
