Funeral Claim payout

I am very frustrated by the fact that Standard Bank, is giving me all this hustle for my claim, i submitted the claim on Monday and when i took the funeral cover i was told claim will take up to 24 hours and now its Friday already, my family is counting on me to cover up the expenses and now im being told they are still going to review my claim, and im the one who has to constantly call them, they just not responsive and it saddens me as i took this policy to help my family and now we cant conclude as i don't have the payout from a policy i have been paying for almost 2 years.. if only i knew then i would have never taken this policy. Standard Bank is disappointing me at a very bad time
