Funeral claim not paid

Am Simphiwe Jacob Nxumalo On the 26th of March I submitted a death claim my sister Xolisile Lucia Hlongwane passed away on the 21 March but unfortunately until today standard bank has not responded or given me feed I did not even receive a an sms or email I have been call all am told is that there is still no feedback from the assessors. Standard bank promise is 48 hours I feel this wrong for me to wait this long without any feedback can someone please send feedback
