Funeral claim complaint. Disgusting service

Terrible service for a funeral claim. Spoke to so many consultants and a manager nazo but they are all useless. They makr promises they cannot keep. Will never advise anyone to go with them. They have no sense of remorse at all. Standard bank needs to do something because they are bringing their name down.
