Funeral claim

I, ve been struggling since last week to get assistance from funeral claims department. I have been referred to call centre's. Been holding on for more then 2 hrs. Because I have finalize claim. But no assistance. I need somebody at standard bank funerals to pH me urgently. I have been running out of airtime. This is bad. Loosing a loved one and you still need to struggle with the claim. I even went to a branch. Been standing outside for 2 hrs and the queue not moving at all. Eerste river branch. And. Nobody comes outside to apologize. This is unacepptable
