Funeral Claim a pain

Standard Bank keeps on disappointing from one department to the next. I’ve been sending documents everyday from Wednesday for my funeral plan claim yet no feedback and have to call several times a day to follow up. We have a funeral tomorrow and yet you promised a payout within 48 hours.
