Funeral Claim

This referes to the claim as per the reference Fun***, the family has already buried while standard bank is taking us from pilller to post, it us sad that when the institution consultants presenting these products to us they always lier that payment is done within 24hrs, todate the payment has not been done, I request Standandard bank to act promptly in this claim as this is nor the first time they do something of this kind.
