Firstly you hand over my account because your stupid prestige bankers didn't follow me instructions. I sent an email to Althea Mohideen 13 Oct 2016 to close my account but this stupid consultant didn't close as per instructions. You people handed the account over and failed to resolved the issue that was loaded by NDS credit Sharon Julius that why wasn't this account closed. IM NOT GONNA PAY THIS ACCOUNT UNTIL YOU PEOPLE ADVISE WHY DIDNT YOUR PRESTIGEBANKER DIDNT CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. And also why are my statement being sent via post where-else I specified on my online application for this account that everything should be sent via email.
