Frustrations with Insurance Claim Process

I lodged a claim last week for storm damage to my property, and the whole process has been frustrating. I've had to call them every single day to get things moving. Yesterday, I was told that my claim was approved when I phoned them, only to find out that they sent the necessary form to an incorrect email address. Now, I'm left in limbo, not knowing what to do next. The lack of communication and attention to detail from the insurance company is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed with their service.
