FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER

I complained before regarding no assistance cancelling 1 funeral policy and querying another funeral policy. They called back after my review on Hello Peter but to date the 1 policy is not cancelled and no answer on my other query . I have just called again. Im now holding for 18 mins and no assistance
