Frustrated at standard bank their insurance

<p>Hi there. This is second time I am complaining about standard bank insurance they haven't contacted me . I financed a car from standard bank since March 2013 and the time I bought it I had my own insurence and I never had any problem till end of November 2016 standard bank start to deduct extra amount more then my normal installment and when I inquired they told me they add insurance. But I never requested any insurance from them . So they told me they will refund my money .I submitted them a proof from my insurence as a letter but instead of refund end of December again extra amount was deducted now I am not sure what to do. I am very unhappy about all this. Is there any 1 who can assist me. Thanks </p>
