Frustrated and disappointed

Disappointed is an under statement, I submitted documents on the 01/07. No acknowledgement of receipt what so ever, so I called in the 2nd only to be told some of my documents were missing which I resent and confirmed they got. I was told a claims assessor would be in contact with me and I am still waiting. As a long time client with you guys and have recommended so many people regarding your products , I am I ashamed at your claims process. Funeral covers are meant to assist us with the funeral arrangements and take away the financial stress part of it away. Burial is tomorrow and here I am still chasing and calling for updates and feedback.Looking at the reviews you are truly failing us as your clients
