From excellent service to wheels falling off

Your great service is short lived....

Today I call the call center and advise I want to upgrade the burst geyser to solar as the pay in is not the issue only to be told there is nothing they can do and this will wait as you are having system issues.... Well guess what it is 2019

This is total and utter pathetic, I am the client and I want the solar geyser of my choice..

Please ensure this is sorted
