My husband was killed in a car accident. And there was money that was owed to me by standard bank insurance I submitted all the documents as requested. With no follow up by standard bank insurance. I contacted them.. I was told the money was paid into a 3rd party account. I did not authorize such and the bank was very unhelpful upon my query.
