I was just informed by Standard Bank Insurance that i have been paying premiums for someone's car that I don't know for two years while mine was left to anything fate throws at me.

Thanks to a missed premium I was was gladly informed by their consultants of the matter. Their modus operandi as it appears seem to be targeting people with look alike surnames owning same car makes and models. Seems like a poor strategy though if not pathetic and they could have done better.

I elected to be diplomatic with them but it turns out their staff are diametrically opposed to that concept. Instead of opting to solve matter amicably they tried to nail the fault on me . How gross and unprecedented levels of unprofessionalism.

They seem to be armature ********* behind a once strong cooperate brand without a thought about their employers and their jobs future.
