Standard bank insurance are the worst ever. I have a car on finance with Standard Bank and you have deducted an additional R1494.63 for insurance. Insurance R1299.68 + R194.95 insurance VAT.

I have my own insurance with King Price for over a year now (since is got the vehicle), I have been calling and calling for 3 weeks now and they keep hanging up on me and I just can never get through to get assistance, I have sent an email and I have gotten no response, this is the worst customer service ever, no quality of service at all, now how can you be with an insurance that is never available. I have never given my consent to have insurance with standard bank, they just deducted money from my account without consulting me.

Please can you refund the R1494.63 you have deducted as it is causing me financial stress and detriment, and can you please cancel the insurance account you have created without my consent.
