I had a collapsed ceiling in my house which was a danger to my family. I preceeded to have it repaired as my family was in danger. I reported this to S.B. and they send their assesor who processed the claim. They requested documentation which I have sent to them. They kept on promissing to come back to me but just do not. I have been paying the premium for probably 20 years and then get bad treatment like this. Absolutely useless to say the least. I am currently looking at other insurance companies to replace them. And their premium is not cheap.
