Forcing Building Insurance that we did not agree to take

Nina you annoy the hell out of me, Recently took a home loan with you and uou now forcing Building Insurance whereas you know we have our own. Been dealing with this for more than 2 weeks now. You just keep sending stupid smses instead of removing the dam insurance tha we did not agree on, just now you sent an sms that you will be sending Policy documents. Tsek maaaani fix this ASAP nx idiots
