For the good service rendered

I was a bad thing to be told by standard bank that my car is a write off whereas I saw it as something that can be done but I applause you to have someone like Phumzile Ngcombela who knows how to deal with a wounded heart yet not compromising her job. There's no company that would not like to have someone like Phumzile. She's got a very priceless gel called loyalty. She's faithful to her work but the Sametime she knows how to keep a client very close and smiling. All in all, thank you standard bank for being my car insurance, as soon as I get another car I will contact you.
