First my roof rejected then pipe then lapa

My Lapa colapsed . Im staying 4 years in my new house my Lapa collapses Standard bank Insurance rejected my claim first termites i proofed them wrong now its rotten poles where i proof them wrong again where i treated my lapa sent invoice aswell now waiting to hear from them
