Fire Claim no:19/020797

Good morning, I reported a fire claim at jabulani mall Standard bank on the 11-03-19. On the 12th I recieved a tender of settlement form which we filled in and was returned back on the 15th. I then sent a follow up on the 18th and Lunga from Mkalavo advised that shes has sent through to STD Bank, gave me a contact Karabo to call, later that day she mailed me to say they need a bank statement. My ID was burnt in the fire the manager at our local post office was kind enough to print a bank statement for me without ID. I then sent through via cam scan. The following day was asked to go through to an internet cafe.. *deepsigh**I have .. stl nothing. I called on Wednesday and was given another email add... How long will this take??
