Find my car if you don't want to pay my claim simple

It is almost 4 weeks since i was hijacked and registered claim with Std bank. I was assaulted and had to fight for my life now i am fighting for a claim with a company i thought will be there in these times. If you don't want to pay then find my car i cannot wait for things that are out of context. I am dealing with nightmares after i was kidnapped and this claim again, NO NO NO. I refuse to be abused by Standard bank again. I need to go for counselling but this claim is holding me back i am having sleepless nights. I know you don't care but this is not how insurance should work.
