Finally made leap to change insurers

Have communicated to SIL via email and online to cancel my car insurance policy and to date have received no acknowledgement or confirmation. Based on prior experience with SIL, I am not surprised however, one would think that during these Covid times they would make an effort to not loose customers. Have threatened for years and now made the leap and it's their loss because my debit orders have always cleared and never submitted a claim.
