FEELING UTTERLY BETRAYED BY STANDARD BANK INSURANCE

I have just heard from the most devastating news from a Standard Bank Insurance agent that the cash back from the Hospital Plan that was due to me month end of June will only be paid Mid-September which is 2 and half months (75 days) later than expected. They are telling me that the underwriters are busy with some processes yet they never had the courtesy to inform me in advance.

I am a cash-strapped elderly woman who was looking forward to this money to take care of my debits at the end of the month and now I have been left high and dry. What concerns me even more is that I have a number of policies with them and I am beginning to wonder if they will renege on the agreement i have with them when something happens and either my family or myself submit a claim.
