FED UP!!! Zero response on claim

<p>I have been a client for 35 years! I am unbale to get any feeback on a claim, poilicy 9983, my claim was registerd on 04/08/16 ive been pushed around from pole to post. Told I should go ahead with my own repairs as standar bank "contractor" was not available in Lambertsbay, typically this is now a dead end as standard bank claims are MIA!!??? Should I switch to FNB ???respond - ********** 866</p>
