Fed up by bad service.

I am fed-up. I handed in a claim 3 months ago and these people just don't give feedback. they just don't care. the claim is for broken garage doors. so if my vehicle gets ****** , my vehicle insurer also don't want to pay because my garage wasn't locked. this is totally terrible. I am phoning sending emails. no response.
