F*cking useless

Trying to get through to them via various methods to contact Mr as my home insurance has an incorrect address. No calls no responses. Yet ironically I received a call today try to sell me more ****. Having been an attorney on the standard bank panel I am no stranger just to how useless they are. Should anything happen to my property my various contact attempts to correct the address will be my proof should I need to take the matter to court. Just get your staff to do their jobs!
