faulty geyser

My gas geyser went 2 days back and I prosesed a claim for the first time ever they send someone out to come look and see what can be the problem and what this guy came and do is just came and look he really didn't know what to do he was so dumb he actually said it's my gas meter that is faulty I laughed and said all that a meter is doing is to give a reading that's all and I told him my stove is than working well than he gave me a donkey face of stupid Ness and than he look at the geyser again and told me he know nothing about gas geysers but anyway he gave a report in to the insurance that said nothing wrong with the geyser I've asked the insurance if there is nothing wrong than there should be hot water the lady told me he is a professional . professional my...standard bank insurance sucks
