False promises

Im very disappointed with Standard Bank Credit life department.Few weeks ago I wrote a review on Hellopoint about how they treated me about my new Homeloan.They debited life cover twice on my account whereas i mentioned to them that i have my own life cover with Bettersure. They wanted all the documentation proving that i joined my own life cover when the homeloan was commencing and i sent all the documents. The person by the name of Clint Petersen confirmed that the matter was sorted and the refund will be in my acc within 7 business days.Now its been 9 business days and there is no refund.Wow!Such a big bank,making false promises to their clients, especially a nee Homeloan client who will be with them for the next 20 years.Im starting to ask myself if i made the right decision of choosing Standard bank.I WANT MY REFUND.
