Failed to get assistance
Ive tried to phone Standard bank insurance and hold on for more than 30 minutes with no one attemding to my call. Tried to submit a claim with the app but no option on the app to submit a claim. Very bad service!!!!

14 Jan 2026, 15:59I was contacted. And transdered to the insurance dept. Just to hold on again for more than 30 minites. Back to square 1. Is Standard Bank now a goverment institution??
