FABRICATING INFORMATION ON CLAIM NOT TO PAY OUT

Standard Bank Insurance change me claim in order NOT to assist.

The area I reside in has no loadshedding and the fault on my TV is not electronically associated.

I have a 75" JVC curve. Whilst watching TV the imagery suddenly went dark yet I could still hear the show I was watching. I then switch the TV off and on again. The imagery is very, very dark and faint. Though, you can hear the show playing once switched on.

I call Standard Bank Insurance, they sent out an accessor which tested the TV. The TV went on and the accessor could hear a show playing. The sound came through clearly and even thougb the screen is very, very dark there is imagery.

I received a response saying it's an electronical fault. No imagery, no sound which is a direct lie.

I am extremely disheartened by the service renderd. I pay much on my insurance each month just for Standard Bank Insurance / accessors to fabricate my claim in order for them not to assist.
