can someone at standard bank tell me what **** are they running as my home insurance has increased from R724.99 to R899.11 without a increase letter or any form of communication. I call them they lie through their teeth and state that they have sent me an email and no such email in my inbox. this is an increase of R174.00 what **** is this please standard bank please tell me why are treating us like this
