Extremely unprofessional.

EXTREMELY ***********. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO MAKE USE OF THEIR INSURANCE. They approve a claim that was made in 2019 November. Then 7 months later they send an email saying it has been declined after they have approved it and done nothing about it. they constantly say they would phone back but never do. not even supervisors. BUT they are excellent at continuing to take your money. Imagine this, they take 7-8 months to respond. then they give you a 90 day period to complain about it. IS THIS WHAT SERVICE IS? 19/097870. I am just dissapointed in myself for not checking Hellopeter, prior to signing up with them. Sorry Standard Bank, i should have realized youre not capable.
