Extremely unhappy

Extremly unhappy with the car insurance from Standard Bank, they do not debit the isurance on time and say your insurance is in arreas then even after a double debit they say the missed month is not paid for. Then after putting in a claim and their incompitent panelbeaters that don't want to accomodate a client regarding the repairs are just utterly useless.
