EXtremely poor and frustrating service - stay away from std bank home insurance if you can

We registereed a claim in January for storm damage at our property in Cramand Natal. Standard Bank responded - they keep wanting to send assessor to Kyalami in Joburg. We keep repeating the issue - we are in Kyalami Bay Albert Falls Cramond Natal. This is pathetic..spent many hour on phone to claims correcting address. It is Septemebr now - still absolutely NOTHING...where to next...... CLAIM NO - 21/004375......most frustrating dealings and poor service I have experienced in a long time
