EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE FROM STDBANK INSURANCE

Hell NO STDBANK INSURANCE! I have to retract my previuos 5 star review. After several calls and promises to return my calls, NOT a single call back from the assessor or who ever. My vehicle is with the panel beaters, now they need authorization from STDBANK INSURANCE for parts, which they say is in the queue. Been 2 weeks now, and nothing has been done. Meantime I'm driving a rental vehicle, which I'm required to report on yesterday, depending on the progress of the repairs. 2 more weeks, then I have to return the rental. The delay is not from my side,but from STDBANK INSURANCE. You expect the rental to be return within 30 days, but you delay the process by not authorizing the claims from CMC PANELBEATERS. This assessor, Dumusani, is never in his office to answer calls or even to return feedback via email. Your people are lazy and not doing their work. And then I receive an email to inform me of a R300 increase on my insurance payments. My money is good enough but, but they insist on offmarket parts .even wants to replace a Bridgestone Tyre with a r669 one, one made in Chi-wan ???

Also I've logged 2 claims for household items which just gave in. The assessor report just states wear and tear. #%$# I'm furious. His report states the microwave was dirty, and the fridge is messy.

I'm leaving STDBANK INSURANCE, when this claim is finalized.
