Extremely BAD Service

On 13 February 2019 our house was hit by a flash flood due to heavy rain in Bloemfontein. My husband Gerrit Cilliers contacted you on Thursday morning (14 February 2019) to report the damage. He received a phone call from André of BP Construction telling us the assessor would come by before 12h00 that afternoon of Thursday 14 February 2019. the assessor was busy and we were told he would come by the next day Friday 15 February 2019. No one came. The border wall at the back of my house got damaged. Two panels got broken by the force of the water - thus leaving my backyard open for anyone to come in. This is a security risk as there are no houses behind my house it is a railway track with loads of people walking by daily. By Saturday my home was smelling awful due to mud, water & who knows what else soaking my carpets. He called Andre and asked permission to remove the carpets as 2 of my 4 children was starting a cold due to the wet conditions in my house. Andre came and inspected the house Saturday 16 February 2019. On Monday 18 February 2019 Rainbow Crete came to give a quotation on my damaged border wall. My husband send the quotation through to Andre. We are now on the 28th of February 2019 today and nothing has been done. Last week Friday 22 February 2019 my husband called Lungile again but wasn't able to speak to her - in an attempt to try to find out why nothing is getting done. He was told by the person whom he spoke to that no one was yet assigned to our carpets and cupboards. 8 DAYS LATER!!!!!!! So the person he spoke to assigned John Dore Flooring & Kopano 3 Trust. John Dore came to our house Monday 25 February 2019 & Kopano Trust came 26 February 2019. In the mean while we are living with cupboards that cannot close, on cold cement floors with 4 children. Today is 14 days - 2 full weeks since we registered the claim and NOTHING happened. We contacted Andre again today to ask what is happening. He said he can do nothing without the instruction of the assessor. We don't even know who the assigned assessor is on our claim - but it will not even surprise me if that haven't been done either.
