Extremely Bad service

<p>I got insurance in an accident and contacted standard Bank insurance Brokers who are my Insurance.They do not answer their phones,I tried getting hold of them for a week after the Accident.I finally got hold of them.They sent me to a Repairer and Few days later the Panelbeater said they not authorised to repair my BMW from that day onwards till this very day no Response from my Insurance standard bank Brokers</p>
