I was recently in contact with SBIB on personal business regarding my disability insurance policy and claim. Ms Naidoo with her great Client Service assisted me. The Entire Department stood out and paid paid my disability claim. Saving me as as a post stroke disabled person from moving all my accounts from Standard Bank to another Bank.
