Exceptional customer service

My car is a write off. During my claim a very friendly consultant is assisting me. She will constantly contact me to find out if I got all the documents they need to finalize my claim. The most exceptional thing she did for me was to assist with calling the company where I bought my car of which it was the longest call which was going to cost me a lot of airtime. She's responding to my e-mails and even call me at any time. I had to write all this for people to know how far can they go in assisting you.
