I changed insurances to Liberty Short Term underwritten by Standard bank insurance. I would like to first start by saying the quick response i got from them from the time i reported my accident was wonderful. they constantly kept checking up on me. The lady who was allocated to deal with my claim was so professional. In less than 3 days my claim was approved and my car booked in for repairs.

Even after the car was booked in with insurance approved, she still checked up on me to find out if i got good service from the repairer.
