Exceptional Client Service - Phumzile Ngcombela

Exceptional Client Service received from Phumzile Ngcombela. I was extremely frantic and nervous after my I had to submit an insurance claim on behalf of my partner after he had been involved in a car accident. Phumzile went above and beyond and not only displayed professionalism but also used her personality and empathy to reassure me that the claim would be submitted and that it would be a success. Phumzile was extremely patient with us as we had initially experienced a delay with getting a copy of the accident report, Phumzile did not give but continued to persevere until she finally managed to get hold of the SAPS. We would like to extend a hand of gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional service that was provided by Phumzile during this difficult time. Phumzile even went as far as asking how my partner was doing post his accident and reassured him that he will be okay and that he would make a full recovery. Thank you Phumzile for executing and personifying the spirit of Ubuntu. Keep up the amazing work. :)
