My Interaction with Rose Dlamini on the 15th May 2019, I must say that i was taken up with the way she serviced me as a customer. Took her time to explain to me on the details that i had missed out on my policy which is something that stood out for me because i have been calling the insurance desk and i have never spoke to someone who is so polite takes her time to assist the customer.
