Excellent service from Standard bank insurance’s thoughtful consultant

I have just received outstanding service from the Standard Bank Insurance Team after I submitted a claim. Within a week I was sorted and I'm grateful to all of them. At some stage though I was tempted to cancel my claim, irritated by just one misplaced call but one young lady, Phumzile Ngcombela, pleaded with me not to cancel the claim even if I get less than R5000. Her demeanor, appeal, kindness and professionalism made me stop and listen and today I am a very happy person. You've restored my faith in service delivery with an edge!
