Excellent Service from Phumzile Ngcombane

I was assisting a family member with an insurance claim and Phumi was assigned to the claim. Throughout the process she was very helpful, professional and updated us with the progress of the process. In just under 5 days she had finalised the process which was shorter than we anticipated. I have no doubt that SBSA has an asset in Phumi, and I applaud her.
