Excellent service from Funeral Servicing Dept.

Yesterday I got an sms notifying me of premium increase of R28 on my sister's funeral policy that I am a premium payer, I called to find out what percentage was calculated as it seems too much for what I am already paying (R98 & 40 respectively). I called and spoke to Anele who did explain to me reason why such an increase was because of accidental benefit being added, she also went extra mile by explaining other benefits that I was not aware of (memorial benefit on both policies). Its such an honour to have such employees who takes their jobs seriously and let customers know what they have with insurances. Well done!!
