Excellent service

Outstanding service we received… I’m pleased that after we lodged a claim with Standard Bank, they acted promptly to resolve it. Fast forward, the thunder storm that happened on the 16 of January 2024 damaged electronics in my house. The following morning my husband called Standard Bank Insurance and they acted promptly. Saturday they send their assessors to come and determine wether the damage was caused by thunder and on Wednesday 24th we received the call from them explaining that the claim was approved. As I speak I’m waiting for my stuff to be delivered the latest the 29th. I’m so pleased.
