Excellent service

My cousin died 3 weeks ago. I submitted my funeral claim on Saturday at the Hallfway house branch. I was assisted by a friendly Indian male. Monday I got a call from the claims department and within 2 hours after speaking to the call center consultant my money was in my account. Job well done 👏
