Excellent Service

<p>In June I started the process of canceling my buildings insurance policy that was added to my new bond on registration of that bond. I sent threw all the correct documentation but still the debit order was deducted from my account. After numerous calls to the insurance department and no communication back from the insurance department I got hold of someone who still delivers excellent service. This person is Tebogo Motsamai. He sorted out my cancellation in no time and also personally phoned me back with feedback. Thank you very much Tebogo. It's good to know that there is still people out there that believes in good service!</p>
